This time, as per a request, I am sharing with you a quick and easy snack recipe made using vermicelli. It’s something that you can prepare and store for some time without the fear of spoilage and could serve as a good snack at tea time. Plus, it’s something that you could count on to munch down anytime.
All you need are four ingredients:
Vermicelli (I’ve used about 400 grams)
Sweetened condensed milk (about 1/4 cup)
Cashew nuts or pistachios (few)
Ghee or oil
1. Powder the cashews or pistachios. Pistachios are more preferable. But I have used cashew nuts. I have messed up this process by powdering it excessively😬 Let it remain in small chunks rather than fine powdery form.
